Sparta Distribution provides monthly reports and payments for your royalties earned on DSPs within 90 days of receipt. Once your account reaches the minimum payment threshold ($50 USD), receiving your distribution payment is a two-step process that requires both an applicable IRS tax form and your banking information.
1) The gathering of your tax form is powered by “Track1099.” Please check your primary inbox and spam/junk folders for an email from no-reply@track1099.com stating that AudioSalad, LLC (a technical delivery partner for Sparta Distribution) is requesting an IRS form. Please follow the onscreen instructions to submit.
2) Upon submitting your tax form, you will receive an invite to set up your payment/banking information via Bill.com. Please check your inbox for an email from invites@hq.bill.com, accept the invitation, and follow the onscreen prompts.
Bill.com is our preferred method for making payments, ensuring your account information is secured with end-to-end encryption. All invoice details will be available online in your free account for quick and anywhere access.
Once both forms have been submitted, payments will be issued based on your specific bank's payment timelines (i.e 7-10 business days)
For all forthcoming months, reporting and payments are issued every month. Reporting should be made available on the first business day of the month, and payments issued within 5 business days.
At this time, Sparta supports single-payee accounts only; royalty/payment splitting is currently in-development (check back for updates).
